All apartments are for rent for a period of a minimum of 5 nights and up to 6 months, renewable. Apart from the Christmas period of time, we can offer a reduction of 15 to 30% for rental period from one to three months. Please contact us to receive rental conditions for long-term (above 3 months) stays.
Conviviality at Ocean Dream
The various condominium complexes of Ocean Dream are private and exclusive residences. Most apartments are used by their owners either as main or second home. The area is quiet and provides comfortable living conditions.
In order to maintain the quality of life, we invite you to respect a few rules of conviviality. You will find them in the welcome pack provided in your apartment.
Ocean Dream, its administration and owners, will not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage to persons or personal effects,, personal injury, accidents and/or wrongful death, however caused, as a result of the use of the rented condo, its pool and common areas.
